1995 Establishment of the Company
- 1st March: Wilfred with a junior auditor and a receptionist open offices in Durban, KZN
- April: First client, an NGO
- July: Desmond Msomi joins as a founding partner
1996
- Ithala Development Finance Corporation audit jointly with other firms
- Forensic assignment for the new Provincial Department of Human Settlements
1998
- Banda Mwelase joins the team of approximately 10 employees to establish IT audit and IT consulting departments
- Transnet audit, appointed by then minister of Public Enterprise Stella Sigcau
- Secured audits with Department of Agriculture, KwaZulu Natal Legislature and Treasury, amongst others
2000
- Opening of Johannesburg offices
2012
- Arson at Durban offices in the midst of a sensitive forensic audit
- Cape Town offices closed down due to lack of significant projects
2013
- Mpumalanga offices open
- Internal audit department grows
2014
- Eskom audit
- Secured Gauteng Health audit
- Secured a special project with Exxaro
- Co-sourced auditors of Air and Traffic Navigation Services (South Africa’s Air Traffic Controller)
- Internal auditors of MICT-SETA
- Fixed contract with City of Johannesburg

- Noma Ashom was appointed as the first female Head of assurance
- Felicia Nomsuka was appointed as the first female managing director for the coastal offices
